Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike research PRBS standards
  - Done

New items:

- Mike showed the ITU specs
- Anders: We could specify only the standard and bit time
- Moshiul: SPICE may not be able to use this directly
- Mike: We could publish the actual PRBS stimulus pattern files
- Anders: We might publish other common patterns too

Mike showed Anders' BIRD draft

Mike showed the IBIS 5.0 spec
- Anders: Why does it have Driver_model if it is part of [Model]?
- Mike: Maybe we should define a whole new way to do this
  - 
- Anders: We have to enable typ/min/max
- Mike: The [Model] keyword should not declare any test keywords
  - Does any existing keyword external only?
- Moshiul: [External Circuit]
- Mike: Should we have all test keywords and data in a separate file?
  - The IBIS file would not be changed at all
- Moshiul: A completely separate file would be better
- Anders: The test file would point to the IBIS file
  - We change the IBIS file names
- Mike: We change IBIS file names a bit too
- Anders: Maybe there should be an include statement to say the file has to be there

- Bob: Tim Coyle filed BUG104 about a [Test Data] scoping problem
- Mike: The external test file is not really specific to IBIS

AR: Mike draft proposal for new IBIS test keyword hierarchy
